Last week the team at DigitallyTailored announced their Classless CSS framework and it’s great.

Projects like Classless, Water.css, PicoCSS and simpleCSS make development and prototyping much faster.

This weekend I created cosmoCSS in the same spirit.

Huge thanks to DigitallyTailored, as cosmoCSS is a fork of the project with some important changes:

• Strong focus on semantic HTML
• Dark mode follows browser preferences and does not require JavaScript
• Font scaling and responsive design are implemented with the fluid scale calculator from Utopia.fyi
